The individual in this role will work from our Buhler Office located at: 111 Old Mill Lane Buhler, Kansas.  

Opportunity:

Ideatek is seeking an Inventory Intern to join our team!  Inventory control is a critical function and we are looking for someone to help control, maintain and dispense inventory as needed.  This individual will work collaboratively with team members across different departments and will ensure all equipment is ready for installations. 

This opportunity will be working approximately 10-15 hours a week from June 2025- December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess returned customer equipment to determine its suitability for reuse or the necessity for return.
• Conduct thorough testing of returned equipment to evaluate functionality and condition.
• Process the removal of returned equipment from the originating customer's account in the relevant systems.
• Prepare reusable equipment for redistribution, including appropriate packaging and labeling for return or storage.
• Accurately manage inventory by physically stocking and issuing merchandise or materials, while simultaneously updating records within the inventory management system.

Requirements

Experience Required:

• Experience utilizing Excel and or Google Sheets
