Investor Service Intern

With the help of a trusted team and well developed processes you will address investor inquiries mostly focused on legal matters. You'll play a key role in projects designed to elevate the investor experience, working hand-in-hand with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide service to investors in accordance with Investor Service standards General Terms and Conditions of Mintos Investment Platform


• Answer investors' inquiries in accordance with predefined templates (mainly focusing on termination of cooperation)


• Assist with preparation and organisation of legal documentation (investor related)


• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders (legal team, accounting, etc)

Requirements:

• 
  Already or soon to become an university graduate with a Bachelor of Social Sciences


• Well organization, quick mind and attention to details


• Strong computer skills


• Genuine interest in cultivating positive customer interactions


• Willingness to grow and acquire new skills


• Bachelor's in Law (finished or currently studying) is seen as an advantage


• Previous experience with handling and reading of legal documentation is an advantage


• Any European language knowledge (besides English and Latvian) is seen as an advantage
