Internship Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative design intern to join our IRL (in real life) FlowStudio team in NYC. This position is focused on enhancing our experiential and strategic partnerships through design storytelling, sales marketing, motion graphics, deck design, and Flowcode product building. You'll participate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where collaboration and innovation are valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative Projects: Engage in a significant group project with other interns, demonstrating teamwork and creativity.


• Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visuals and narratives in sales marketing materials to enhance brand messaging.


• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies in marketing materials specifically designed to drive sales leads.


• Motion graphics: use after effects to create sophisticated videos and motion for site, email and social. 


• Deck Design: Develop and refine sales and external presentation decks to effectively communicate our value proposition.


• Flowcode Product Building: Assist in the development and execution of Flowcode products, focusing on implementing and improving features that enhance user engagement and experience.


• Presentation Skills: Conclude your internship by delivering a 10-20 minute presentation to the team about your projects and learning experiences.

• Multitasker: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality growth marketing campaigns.


• Technologically Proficient: Experienced with design and presentation tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Google Slides. Proficiency in After Effects is a significant plus, enabling advanced visual effects and animations.


• Passionate about Innovation: Has a strong passion for design, technology, and creating engaging user experiences tailored to growth marketing.


• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in design, marketing, digital media, or a related field, with a keen interest in applying these skills to growth marketing initiatives.

Compensation range

The compensation for this role is $20 per hour.
