We are PHOENIX Business Services, an international team of 160 colleagues operating as a Shared Services Centre based in Vilnius. We are people who are passionate about doing things better. PHOENIX BUSINESS SERVICES offers a 3-month internship in various teams across the organization, where you can gain work experience in Accounting. This is a great chance to gain work experience, which could lead to growth opportunities for the company!

You are the one...

If you’d be happy to support day-to-day accounting operations for the following process areas:

• Bank transactions reconciliation process.


• Invoice allocations and processing.


• Learn AP/GL/Treasury processes.


• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.


• Post journal entries.


• Get familiar with and learn how to work with different Accounting Software (SAP mainly).


• Participate in and support colleagues on various internal projects.


• Communicate with our clients via e-mails to handle various types of queries.


• Participate in various team meetings.

We would love you to have...

• Either studied or are currently studying Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. 


• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting.


• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken).
  


• Detail-oriented mindset and an eye for continuous learning and improvement.
