What will you do?

  • Under general direction assists Infrastructure Specialist (IS) at assigned Developmental Centers and/or offices

  • Images computing devices, salvages hardware, and performs general IT work

  • Assists with troubleshooting networking issues

  • Takes directions from IS staff pertaining to IT coverage at the facility and assists with DC requests through ServiceNow tickets

  • Attends meetings & takes notes when needed

  • Performs other duties as assigned within scope of internship
