Position Overview

Assist Oracle Team in development and supporting Encore applications. You will be helping with ERP implementation activities including development, configurations, Preparing test scripts and documenting test results. This position is based in Schiller Park, IL.  Temporary housing is not provided for this role.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Working under the supervision of a Senior Developer, you will develop, and test system features using Encore’s software development methodology.


• Working under the supervision of Senior Developer, you will develop reports using Oracle ERP capabilities.


• Working with the Project Management Office, you will evaluate and document feature requests, and bug fixes with the goal of user acceptance.


• Working with the Application development team you will help with preparing migration documents and data conversion.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in process


• Experience with Oracle Database.


• Knowledge of Oracle ERP business processes.


• Knowledge of ETL processes using Integration tools.


• The ability to work in an agile and creative environment


• Solid communication and customer service skills


• Highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service, follow-through, and learning
