Position Overview

We’re looking for a bright, innovative, and tech-savvy IT Intern who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves and learning by doing. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in hands-on IT support within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

You’ll support day-to-day IT operations, including device management, troubleshooting, and internal tech support, with opportunities to take on additional projects and expand your skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with laptop and device check-in/check-out, setup, and tracking

• Support basic IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, connectivity issues)

• Help maintain IT inventory and documentation

• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding tech tasks

• Support internal staff with day-to-day technology needs

• Participate in IT projects and process improvements as opportunities arise

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed coursework in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

• Comfortable working with laptops, operating systems, and basic networking concepts

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

• Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on tasks

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Prior IT support experience is a plus, but not required
