Assist in the planning and execution of the Windows 11 upgrade and deployment across the organization.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
Track and route end-user requests using our ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to systems administrators as needed.
Help update training manuals and create user guides for new and revised software and hardware.
Onboard new users and set up new hardware.
Maintain detailed records of incidents, requests, and resolutions to generate reports and analyze trends.
