We are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Intern to join our growing team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and evolving field of information technology. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced IT professionals on real-world projects, contributing to the success of our organization while expanding their own skills and knowledge.

YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC

In this context, your duties are:

• Provide first-level support to end-users,
  
  
• troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
  
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
  
  
• Assist in implementing and managing security protocols to safeguard company data.
  
  
• Hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  
  
• Contribute to the documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  
  
• Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Intern with a good dose of humour, respect and kindness, a little zeal and a real passion for their profession!

This internship is for you if:

• You are familiar with various operating systems and platforms (windows 10, Mac OS)
• You have basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN)
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have problem-solving skills
• You have strong attention to detail
• You are able to work on your own as well as part of a team.

Unpaid internship to be filled as soon as possible in Sliema, Malta.
