About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Trainee Manager to join our marketing team and progress through a structured development programme. This role is designed for individuals who want to learn marketing, customer engagement, and leadership from the ground up, with a clear pathway into a management position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Assist with customer engagement, promotions, and brand activations
• Support day-to-day marketing and sales operations
• Work closely with senior team members to develop leadership and management skills
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
• Track campaign performance and collect customer feedback
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
