What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with experienced team members on active projects.


• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to contribute ideas.


• Gain exposure to tools, processes, and industry best practices.


• Shadow mentors and leaders to understand how projects are managed from start to finish.


• Present your work and lessons learned at the end of your internship.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome students who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow. Ideal candidates will have:

• Current enrollment in a degree program related to Civil Engineering.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
