These skills will be used to:

• Support the day-to-day activities of a Land Acquisition Manager or Vice President.


• Job responsibilities include data collection and entry, data tracking and scrubbing, researching parcels for relevant zoning, utilities, environmental, topography or other factors that could prohibit or impact residential development.


• The position includes a mix of in office and out of office responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related fields.


• Must be a self-starter and a driven individual.


• Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical demands and work environment:

• Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.


• Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).


• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.


• Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
