No experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. We are simply looking for candidates with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in mastering the fundamentals of cabinet making. Future Opportunities Upon Graduation

Successful completion of the co-op program opens the door to a permanent, full-time position packed with excellent performance incentives and long-term benefits:

• Performance Raises: Earn up to a $0.75/hour increase at 90 days, plus up to an additional $0.75/hour increase at 6 months based on performance.


• Attendance Incentives: Earn an extra $1.00/hour each pay period by maintaining perfect attendance (zero points or occurrences) and working all your scheduled shifts.


• Retention Bonus: Receive a $1,000.00 retention bonus at the 90-day mark.


• Health & Retirement: Health benefits kick in at 90 days, and you will be enrolled in our 401(k) retirement plan at 6 months.


• Paid Time Off: Paid bi-weekly, featuring 5 vacation days and 10 paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn Machine Operation: Cross-train to use standard woodworking and production equipment, including framing, chopping, and assembly tools.


• Assist with Setups: Help team leaders prepare machinery and learn how to perform basic equipment adjustments.


• Check Quality: Learn to read basic product specification sheets and inspect parts to make sure every cabinet door looks great.


• Keep Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Follow all safety rules and immediately report any issues or damaged materials to your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Experience: No prior manufacturing experience required


• Skills: Ability to follow instructions closely and follow manufacturing schedules.


• Attributes: Reliable, eager to learn, safety-conscious, and a great team player.


• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.


• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly throughout the shift.


• Basic computer skills to scan items and process production paperwork.


• Ability to work in an environment where there is exposure to dirt, dust, noise, fumes and odor and is frequently exposed to heat, cold and dryness. Occasionally exposed to hazardous materials.

Must be willing to undergo and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
