Legal Assistant (Student job)

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, data, and law, supporting real-world legal processes in an international business environment.

Please note that this is an on-site role based in our Zagreb office.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with the preparation, review, and organization of contracts and other legal documentation


• Coordinating signatures and tracking contract statuses


• Updating and maintaining relevant legal registries (e.g., records of processing activities, consent registry, contract registry)


• Organizing the collection of consents and similar documentation


• Conducting basic legal research (primarily related to IT, data protection, and corporate matters)


• Helping maintain internal legal records and documentation databases


• Providing general support in day-to-day legal and compliance matters

What you’ll need:

• Fluency in English.


• Minimum commitment of 8 hours per week on average 


• Availability within our company work hours (08:00h–17:00h).


• Minimum one year of remaining eligibility for student employment via “Student servis”, as we are looking for long-term cooperation.
