Legal Intern

The Legal Intern will assist with a variety of legal projects, which are expected to include: legal research on licensing and patent infringement/enforcement issues analyses of the patent litigation landscape and litigation prep assisting with license compliance matters assisting business in understanding contractual requirements and applicable legal landscape developing and implementing improved policies and processes for the legal department Working towards a graduate law degree (JD or LLM) at an accredited law school with a strong academic record; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply Strong interest in patents and intellectual property law Exceptional written and verbal communications skills Attention to detail Positive and professional attitude, including dependability and timeliness Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly Experience with online research tools, as well as Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, and Bloomberg
