Life Operations Intern - Summer 2027

Primary Responsibilities

As a Life Operations Intern, you may:

• Maintain and update departmental SharePoint sites to ensure information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.


• Assist with researching and resolving items identified on suspense reports.


• Support the preparation and distribution of weekly production reports and related analytics.


• Review and update departmental procedures and documentation to improve accuracy and consistency.


• Collaborate with team members on operational projects and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Areas of Study

Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related field:

• Business Administration


• Finance

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Familiarity with SharePoint


• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems and applications


• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent organizational skills


• Effective verbal and written communication
