Are you passionate about sports, events, and marketing? Ready to be part of the energy and excitement of a world-famous youth sports experience? This role is perfect for a college student majoring in marketing, but all are welcome to apply!

Little League® International is seeking qualified part-time support to join Little League's Sponsorship and Marketing team. This position will assist with the development and execution of marketing initiatives related to the 2025 Little League World Series. This position will offer $15.00 an hour and will run from August 10, 2026, through August 30, 2026, at the Little League International HQ in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Successful candidates will assist with day-to-day implementation of event management needs for Official Sponsors within the Fan Zone or other sponsor-related events.

Shift Times (approximately):

• Before the start of the World Series: Late morning - Mid/Late afternoon

Examples of possible work may also include:

• 
  

  Offer hands-on event management support during the Little League Baseball World Series

  
  


• 
  

  Install signage throughout the complex to ensure proper visibility

  
  


• 
  

  Distribute product samples and giveaways on behalf of Official Sponsors

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing Sponsor products and giveaways

  
  


• 
  

  Package and mail tickets and other materials to Official Sponsors and their guests

  
  


• 
  

  Support the implementation of on-site fan experience technologies during the event

  
  

Preferred candidates will demonstrate the following:

• College students majoring in marketing are given preference for this role


• 
  

  Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit; applicants 18 and older are preferred

  
  


• Must reside within commuting distance of South Williamsport, PA, and have reliable transportation


• 
  

  Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and support departmental goals

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; works well with others in a courteous, respectful manner

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented mindset

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with baseball and softball is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of social media platforms is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience in event marketing or related roles is preferred but not required
