LP Semester Internship Program

The Lakepointe Church internship program is designed to partner with students as they explore their call to ministry and begin to prepare them for their next steps in ministry. This program is specifically for college aged students who are interested in pursuing our Residency Program upon graduation from college.

The internship program shares the same values as our Residency Program, which focuses on developing the whole person—the head, heart, and hands —through theological training, spiritual formation, and ministry experience.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, participate & learn in classroom setting


• Build relationships with students called to ministry


• Build relationships with staff at all LP campuses 


• Assist with leading out in midweek and weekend ministries


• Local missions involvement


• Come under authority


• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
