Description

• Accurately complete all training records on time.
• Complete coursework within expected timelines.
• Follow rules and policies consistently.
• Consistently demonstrate the willingness to learn from others.
• Maintain impeccable attendance. 
• Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read machine dial gauges and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to obtain knowledge of materials, availability, general characteristics, statics and stresses, machinability, heat treating and stress relieving procedures.
• Perform daily machine maintenance checks.
• Learn to recognize machine sounds to monitor, identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a technical degree program.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to effectively communicate, present information and answer questions clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers.
• Ability to analyze data or information by identifying the underlying principles, reasons or facts of information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, plan, set priorities and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of HFRM.
• Demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
