• Second Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM (Night Shift)

Role Overview

As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at Prime System Solutions, you will embark on a structured career development journey designed to build your professional foundation. This program introduces you to the core functions of our organization, giving you exposure to Service Delivery, Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Through hands-on assignments, mentorship, and performance evaluations, you will gain practical skills and insights into how each vertical contributes to our success.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Assist in internal process documentation and compliance tracking.
• Support workflow optimization initiatives across departments.
• Help prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
• Participate in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and resource allocation.
• Gain exposure to organizational policies, audits, and efficiency improvement projects.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across different business functions.
