Management Trainee Prgm

Scope

To provide a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience that covers all major operational departments at Target Hospitality. This program will prepare new talent by developing practical skills, business acumen and an understanding of the end-to-end guest experience.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of an accredited hospitality management program (Bachelors or Masters program) with a focus on Hospitality, Hotel Management or Tourism


• Must be able to travel to designated sites with a 5 week on, 2 week off schedule

Framework

• Rotational Experience – exposure to hospitality (front desk/housekeeping), culinary and maintenance departments (one primary focus)


• Leadership and Management – online coursework with quarterly leadership development in-person sessions


• Mentorship – assigned to an experienced manager with monthly feedback sessions


• Capstone – project that improves operations
