Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nEaton Mission Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to work with our dynamic team in a fast-paced, aerospace and defense manufacturing environment at our growing Davenport, Iowa facility. Eaton\u2019s internship program offers real world experience and mentoring through a variety of activities and assignments. Pay is calculated by your college status.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\u2022 Work on integrated product teams to improve manufacturing processes and procedures. \n\u2022 Participate in capacity improvement, cost-out and/or lean manufacturing projects, analyzing proposed improvements and implementing change. \n\u2022 Update work instructions and procedures to improve the manufacturing process.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired Qualifications: \n\u2022 Junior/Senior status with a major in Engineering or BS technical degree (STEM) at an accredited institution.\n\n\u2022 Relocation is not offered for this position. Must reside within 70 miles of Davenport, Iowa. \n\n\u2022 Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
