Marketing & Events Intern

Description

The intern will support the marketing and events team across various tasks, contributing to the successful execution of marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and over 150 tradeshows throughout the US. This position will assist with events and marketing for the Clear Touch and Clear Digital brands.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of over 150 tradeshows across the US.
• Assist with ordering supplies and working with vendors for events
• Assist with event email campaigns
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing assets
• Assist with event logistics, including shipments of products, giveaway, etc
• Pack and prep supplies for trade shows and events in sprinter vans or crates 
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records and calendar invites
• Assist with logistics for Experience Center visits when needed

Qualifications: 

• Available 20 hours per week 
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite.
• Comfortable navigating social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Timely and self-motivated.
• Interest in Marketing, Events, or Logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to lift 50 lb
