Marketing Assistant (Student Job)

Hi! We are Visage Technologies, a Swedish-Croatian company that has been building advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions since 2002. Our technology has been used by 400+ clients worldwide, including Qualcomm, Lufthansa, Coca-Cola, Canon, Deutsche Telekom, BMW, McDonald’s, and more.

Our beauty tech brand, Arbelle, provides AI and AR personalization solutions to global cosmetic brands such as Essence and Catrice. Our core products - Virtual Makeup Try-On and Shade Finder - help brands increase conversions, reduce returns, and deliver inclusive shopping experiences.

We are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with operational and execution-focused tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

• Event support - assist in organizing industry events and networking initiatives (including vendor coordination, logistics, and merchandise).


• Research - analyze relevant tools, competitors, industry trends, and similar to support strategic marketing initiatives.


• Content & social media support - assist in preparing and distributing content across relevant platforms.


• Marketing operations & organization - help create documentation, support office organization initiatives, and similar.

What we’re looking for

• Currently enrolled student


• Fluency in English


• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week on average 


• Structured and organized work style


• Minimum 3 months of remaining eligibility for student employment via “Student servis” (we are looking for long-term collaboration)
