Are you a marketing whiz ready to make a real impact? Box Home Loans is looking for a Marketing Intern to drive our online presence and generate leads for our dynamic team of loan officers. This isn't your average internship – you'll have the exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a marketing campaign from concept to completion, all while working directly under the guidance of our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Box Home Loans is revolutionizing the mortgage industry by making home loans easier and more affordable. We've built proprietary technology and systems to streamline the process, and now we need your help to tell our story and connect with more potential homebuyers!

What You'll Do:

This hands-on internship focuses on campaign planning, strategy, building, and implementation. You'll be instrumental in developing an effective campaign specifically designed to drive web traffic and leads to our loan officers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Ownership: Take the lead on developing and executing a comprehensive marketing campaign for Box Home Loans.
• Strategic Analysis: Dive into our past advertising efforts across various mediums and channels (social media, email drip campaigns, paid email placements, radio, and more). Analyze performance data to determine the most effective campaign type to run.
• Content & Channel Strategy: Brainstorm and develop compelling content strategies for chosen channels.
• Implementation & Optimization: Bring your campaign to life, then monitor its performance and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.

Performance Measurement: Track key metrics and report on the success of your campaign, providing valuable insights to the team.
