Marketing Intern

Status: Hourly/Non-exempt

Location:  Reliant headquarters are located at 10 Benton Place, Sodus, New York 

Shift/Hours: Part-time based on business needs. Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs. 

Reliant Credit Union, ranked one of Rochester's top mid-sized workplaces eight years in a row, seeks a Marketing Intern to join our team for the Fall of 2025. This role will work closely with our marketing team to support day-to-day activities and larger campaigns. 

As a Marketing Intern at Reliant, you will:

• Coordinate delivery of collateral and signage supporting promotional materials and displays to the branches.
• Provide support for logistics surrounding approved community relations, business development, and credit union events.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement and event logistics not managed by committees. 
• Provide administrative support to all marketing and business development staff.

Requirements

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

1. Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
2. Prior work/internship experience desired.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Proficient personal computer skills, with experience working with spreadsheets, word processing and presentations (Microsoft Office Suite preferred). 
2. Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
3. Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
4. Demonstrates strong attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

1. Ability to use keyboard, monitor, and other standard office equipment.
2. Ability to decipher data contained in documents, reports, spreadsheets, etc., presented both on paper and electronically.
3. Ability to access document files/filing drawers above and below waist levels.
4. Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
