We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing and proposal team. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and proposal development within the geotechnical engineering industry. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with strong communication skills who is eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment. This position is part-time, approximately 15 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resumes: updating all resumes to the new template design 
• Assist Marketing Coordinator in managing social media accounts 
• Lab Certifications: file expired and obtain current 
• Cosential (CRM): data entry, reporting 
• Video production and editing 
• Assists marketing/proposal team in accurate completion, layout, and submittal of SOQs and other marketing materials. 
• Assist marketing/proposal team in maintenance of text library 
• Special projects as needed

The expected pay range for this position is $20-22. Exact rate is dependent on several factors such as experience, skills, education/certifications, and geographic location.

Employment conditioned upon the satisfactory completion of a post-offer background check, review of Motor Vehicle Records, drug screening, and a medical evaluation appropriate to the position.
