Description
Are you passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant museum environment? We are excited to offer an unpaid internship that provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing and cultural heritage.
The Marketing and Communications intern would learn how arts marketing is done within a mid-sized museum, how to create content for engaging social media campaigns, the basics of email marketing, conducting market research, finding and developing new audiences, asset distribution, and learning how to craft an institutional voice. This would also give them an inside look at working within a non-profit, including access to board meetings, all-staff, and understanding the basics of financing and advancement work.
