Marketing Internship

• Maximum of 20 hours/week (Minimum in office 2x a week) 
• Collateral, brochure and program distribution 
• Make/maintain contact with local businesses, advertisers etc.  
• Administrative support and digital data maintenance 
• Assist onsite at events (check in, greeting guests, production, etc.) 
• Assist with special digital projects  
• Assist with sponsor/gift bag creation and organization 
• Assist with maintaining marketing closet organization  
• Create and maintain a calendar of community events (store openings, charities, conferences, fairs, festivals, premiers, etc.) to be submitted to Marketing Director 
• Be a positive ambassador for Gulfshore Life Media at all times when in public 
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and personal presentation

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods while performing tasks such as typing, reviewing content, and analyzing data.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, via video conference, phone, and email.
• Occasionally move and transport materials weighing up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., marketing materials, event supplies).
• Ability to attend meetings, presentations, and occasional on-site events as needed.
• Ability to maintain focus and complete tasks in a typical office or remote work environment.
