Job Description - MarTech Intern

OVERVIEW


As a MarTech Intern, you’ll be at the intersection of creativity and data. Partner with ALO’s Marketing Technology and CRM teams to design customer journeys that blend wellness, personalization, and measurable impact. 


 


The ALO internship programs starts June 8th and ends July 31st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.


 


RESPONSIBILITIES 



  • Support campaign automation, segmentation, and personalization initiatives

  • Analyze marketing funnel performance and recommend optimizations

  • Work with analytics and engineering teams to ensure accurate data flow between platforms (Salesforce, Braze, or similar)

  • Assist in building dashboards that track campaign performance and ROI

  • Research emerging MarTech tools and trends to inform ALO’s digital strategy 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • MS in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data visualization tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, campaign tools, and marketing attribution models

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, or marketing automation systems

  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and experimentation


WHAT YOU'LL LEARN


You’ll gain hands-on experience designing the marketing systems that bring ALO’s brand voice to life across channels—measuring what resonates, and why. 


The base pay range for this position is $45/hr-50/hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
