PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Ability to analyze customer inquiries, support trends, and knowledge base content to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.


• Comfortable reviewing data and interpreting testing results and performance metrics to support recommendations. 


• Ability to troubleshoot issues, test system configurations, and recommend practical solutions. 


• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. 


• Excellent written communications, editing, and proofreading skills. 


• Ability to create clear, concise, and customer-friendly content. 


• Comfortable learning and working within new software platforms and digital technologies. 


• Interest in artificial intelligence, customer support technologies, automation, and business systems. 


• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. 


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with core Marketing coursework completed.


• Strong critical thinking skills and high computer literacy.


• Excellent reading and writing skills appropriate for professional business communication.


• General familiarity with marketing technology tools (HubSpot experience is a plus but not required).


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.


• Attention to detail and an initiative-taking approach to identifying and solving problems.

**This is an office hourly, full on-site position, located in Bradford, PA**
