Are you a graduate student entering your final year of a Master’s program in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy? Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is offering practicum placements for highly motivated students eager to gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive, collaborative group practice setting.

Placements are on-site and will be based in one of our three Broward County offices, depending on the location of your assigned field placement supervisor (Davie, Fort Lauderdale, or Coral Springs). Occasional travel to our other offices may be required.

• Observe clinical supervision between Registered Interns and their Qualified Supervisors


• Shadow Clinical Directors to learn about practice leadership and operations


• Perform chart audits and contribute to internal quality assurance initiatives


• Attend networking and community outreach events


• Organize therapeutic resources and maintain updated referral information

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a CACREP- or CSWE-accredited Master’s program in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy


• In the final year of your program and eligible to begin practicum/internship placement


• Able to travel between our Broward County locations as needed


• Organized, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality and clear boundaries


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• A quick learner who is eager to grow, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to the practice


• Comfortable working independently and able to stay engaged by identifying tasks or projects during downtime


• Genuinely interested in working with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals


• Comfortable with in-person work and learning in a dynamic clinical setting


• Flexible availability, especially for afternoon and evening hours, which are in high demand with our clients


• Able to pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening, as required for placement in our outpatient setting

Important Notes:

• This is an unpaid internship


• Students are required to pass an AHCA Level 2 background check

• Students must be able to meet weekly for one hour of individual supervision with their assigned Practicum Supervisor

• Flexible scheduling is essential to meet client needs, including afternoon and evening availability
