Media Relations Intern

Industry Fiend, a full service media relations firm based in Brooklyn, NY and specializing in men’s interest and sports categories, is looking for a smart, savvy, and energetic intern.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• General office and day-to-day task management


• Assisting in media contact list generation


• Assisting in brand strategy brainstorming sessions


• Assisting in event planning, management, and execution


• Social media account management

Applicants must:

• Currently be enrolled or have previously graduated from an accredited college or university


• Possess strong organizational and communication skills


• Be able to function as part of a skilled team and take initiative when necessary

Strong writing skills and word processing/spreadsheet experience a plus.

This unpaid internship will last for a period of three months, with the possibility of employment at the end of the program. A daily stipend for lunch and public transportation expenses will be provided.
