Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Mental Health or Psychology Intern who is currently enrolled in a graduate-level counseling, psychology,  and is seeking supervised clinical hours to meet graduation and/or licensure requirements.

This internship provides hands-on experience in a supportive clinical setting and includes regular supervision by a licensed mental health professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling under supervision
• Participate in intake assessments, treatment planning, and case documentation
• Assist in developing therapeutic programs and activities for clients
• Attend weekly supervision meetings and team case consultations
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in line with state and program guidelines
• Support daily operations and contribute to a positive client experience

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology
• Eligible to complete practicum or internship hours as part of an accredited program
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated interest in working with diverse populations and underserved communities
