Multimedia Specialist Intern

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design engaging graphics and visuals to be used in training sessions and sales meetings
• Record and edit video training content alongside the Training & Development team
• Create animated videos using our animation platforms (Vyond, Animaker, Powtoon, etc.)
• Collaborate with leadership to write and design training workbooks and learner guides
• Support the team in building and refining PowerPoint presentations for training rollouts
• Collaborate with our Corporate Marketing team to update and develop in-home sales tools (Ingage,etc)

What You Bring to the Table

• Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a program in Photography, Videography, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!)
• Experience with animation tools like Vyond, Powtoon, or Animaker
• A strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Experience with video/photo editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Bonus points for skills in digital illustration and motion design
• Comfortable in MacOS, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated—able to meet deadlines with ease
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who loves to collaborate and solve creative problems
