National Service at AmaliTech - 2026/27

This is a 12-month, full-time, on-site skills development programme. It prepares recent university graduates for entry-level software and data engineering careers at AmaliTech.

Programme Overview

This programme produces well-rounded engineering professionals with both the technical and soft skills needed to thrive in a dynamic tech environment. Learners collaborate in agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement. They work together to solve complex problems, share knowledge and expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions. This collaborative approach empowers learners to develop their skills, build confidence, and become valuable contributors to the team.

Specialisations

We are excited to introduce a range of specialised career paths designed to support your professional growth. In our AI-driven environment, all technical roles work closely with AI tools, automation, and intelligent systems to deliver impactful solutions.

Currently, we are hiring for ONLY one specialisation:

Digital Transformation

Focuses on aligning technology with business strategy. This pathway builds versatile, cross-functional capabilities in product ownership, project management, consulting and business analysis, preparing you to partner with business leaders to drive value through technology.

Hiring Process

1. Application: click "I'm interested" to apply.

2. Cognitive Reasoning Aptitude Test: All applicants will take a multiple-choice assessment covering abstract reasoning, verbal reasoning, and numerical reasoning. (Preferred score: 450/ 600)

3. Specialist Assessment: Depending on the specialisation selected, candidates will complete;
   • IT Project Management Assessment for Digital Transformation. (Preferred score: 300/ 600). 

4. Shortlisting: based on combined scores.

5. Take-Home Lab: Shortlisted candidates will complete a take-home lab to evaluate applied technical competence and problem-solving approach. 

6. Interviews: will be anchored on the lab submission.

7. Offer to Shortlisted Candidates: Shortlisted candidates will receive an offer for national service with AmaliTech in one of our offices (Accra, Kumasi, or Takoradi).

The Hecker Fellowship

An exclusive programme for our top NSS candidates, designed to accelerate career growth, provide direct access to senior leadership, and reward outstanding performance.

As a Fellow, you will enjoy:

2. Executive Exposure: Pitch special projects directly to company executives.

• Must Have:
  • Eligible for National Service for the 2026/27 period.
  • Major or minor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, Business Informatics.
  • Some experience in IT consulting, software engineering or data engineering.
  • Passion for a career in IT consulting, software engineering or data engineering.
• Exceptional:
  • Applicants from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience or certifications can apply.
