This internship is designed for students actively pursuing a certification or degree in Natural Gas Compression or a related field. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, applying your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, and developing practical skills essential for a successful career in the energy sector.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of natural gas compression equipment.
• Support the installation and maintenance of compressors and engines.
• Participate in routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Document maintenance activities and report findings to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during field operations.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or technical school pursuing a certification or degree in Natural Gas Compression, Diesel Mechanics, or a related program.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug testing.

• Hands-on experience with large engines or natural gas compression equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
