NJ Outside Sales Intern Spring 2026

The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026. Our Spring season takes place during the weekends throughout May & all throughout June. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).

Qualifications:

• Availability throughout May & June (Especially our BUSY WEEKENDS *May 7-10, May 14-17*)
  


• Valid driver's license


• Provide own means of transportation to our office


• Freshman, sophomore or junior in college


• Open to traveling for extended periods of time


• Comfortable with driving and traveling


• Reliable and responsible


• Discipline to wake up early


• Stamina to work consecutively long days


• Organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements


• Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales


• Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals


• Setting up retail kiosks at commencements 


• Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day


• Understanding and implementing the marketing of products


• Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site

Financial:

• Hourly pay of $17/hour


• Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
