The goal of the Noble’s Internship Program is to expose undergraduates to all aspects of the construction industry with hands-on learning which includes exposure to:

• Project Management


• Field Supervision


• Estimating


• Safety


• Quality Control

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicant must be a sophomore, junior, or senior currently enrolled in a four-year institution in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)

Next Steps After Interview

The following are requirements that must be met in order to qualify for this internship:

• Attend WIOA Orientation (Held every Wednesday @ 9:30am at the Workforce Solutions Cameron at the Harlingen office located at 1820 W. Jefferson Ave)


• Attend Job Readiness Workshop (2-3 hours)


• Attend Soft Skills Workshop (2-3 hours)


• CASAS 3hr Test 


• Two in-person interviews (conducted by their assigned Career Coach)


• Enrolled in Selective Service (males only)


• Two valid physical forms of identification (I-9 verification)
  

DURATION OF INTERNSHIP:

• 8 WEEKS (06/01/2026 - 07/31/2026)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work is performed in a standard office environment and/or job site.


• Subject to standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds; may occasionally be exposed to dangerous machinery when visiting job sites during construction and when working in the field.


• Noble Texas Builders, LLC. promotes a safe and healthy work environment and provides appropriate safety and equipment training for all personnel as required.
