This is your chance to gain real-world experience in the legal department of ABC Supply Co. Inc. ABC Supply is seeking a motivated and success-driven law school student to work as a Summer Associate – General Corporate in its in-house legal team for approximately 10 weeks during the summer of 2026. This position will focus on a broad range of corporate matters throughout the summer.

About the Position

This is a paid position based out of ABC Supply’s national headquarters in Beloit, WI. Summer associates are expected to work five days a week in office in Beloit, WI. This is a temporary fulltime position and is expected to last approximately 10 weeks with a flexible start date in May. 

As a Summer Associate – General Corporate, you will work closely with members of the in-house legal team as well as with business professionals across the company. You will receive exposure to multiple legal areas from an in-house perspective in the context of a multi-billion-dollar company with branches across America and in Canada. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects which may include conducting legal research, writing legal memorandum, reviewing contracts, drafting correspondence, and handling administrative tasks to help fuel departmental efficiency. 
Eligible applicants must be full-time law students that will complete their first or second year of law school immediately before the summer associate position begins. 

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school with an anticipated law school graduation date in 2026 or 2027
• Strong writing, research, communication, and analysis skills with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and WestLaw
• Natural aptitude for solving problems
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented setting
• A proactive individual who thrives on taking initiative, eagerly reaching out to seek guidance and actively engaging to maximize the value of the summer associate opportunity
