Office Experience & Facilities Intern

Money Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Experience & Facilities Intern to support the day-to-day administrative and logistical operations of the office. This internship is designed for a final-year undergraduate student seeking practical, hands-on experience in office operations and workplace coordination.

This is an internship position, focused on learning, supporting routine tasks, and executing within established processes under close guidance. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming, organized office environment while building foundational professional skills.

What You’ll Do!

• Assist with maintaining office supplies, snacks, and basic inventory tracking.
• Support facilities-related requests by helping submit tickets and track their status.
• Help set up meeting rooms and assist with visitor coordination and office logistics.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Provide support for internal events, including setup and basic coordination tasks.
• Update shared calendars, documents, and simple trackers as assigned.
• Follow established procedures and seek guidance when issues arise.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Among other responsibilities related to the position.

What We’re Looking For!

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Systems, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
• Comfortable following instructions and working within structured processes.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Compensation: This position is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and pays $15.00 per hour (up to 20 hours per week).
Duration: The internship starts in April and could last 3 to 6 months.
