Elite Apprenticeships is an apprenticeship training startup in San Francisco focused on helping businesses build more effective teams and millennials forge long lasting & rewarding careers. We are the US spin-off of the market-leading apprenticeship agency MiddletonMurray (www.middletonmurray.com) in the UK.

Our mission is to disrupt the higher education & recruitment market in the US by expanding apprenticeships as a new and innovative workforce development initiative across the country.

An apprenticeship is a 1-year work based training program where you "earn while you learn" in a real company working with the top entrepreneurs and innovators in your field.

This Operations Apprenticeship focuses on data analysis, financial forecasting & accounting in a sales driven context. The purpose of the program will be to work directly with the senior manager in this department and learn from them as your mentor as you progress into a permanent operations & sales related role.

The ideal candidate will be hungry to succeed, sharp-minded and proactive in their personal development with a strong desire to build positive long-term relationships as a foundation for launching a successful and productive career.
