Job Summary

The Pre-Sales Intern will be part of the Presales function supporting solutions engineering and sales support activities. The role will have individual contribution and responsibility. The intern will assist in preparing reports, technical documentation and other collateral for internal knowledge-building and client engagement activities. This internship will provide valuable experience in sales, business development, and customer relations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing presentations and demos: Support the Pre-Sales team in creating tailored demos, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Support for Sales/Presales Process: RFP/RFQ submission documentation process and control.
  • Technical Support for Proposals: Help develop and customize technical proposals, including gathering requirements and crafting solutions.
  • Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to help identify potential business opportunities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain record and periodic reporting of all opportunities. CRM portal and related documents.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Pass-out year 2024 or 2025)
  • Previous experience through academic projects or internships in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI.
  • Basic understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Onsite Role.
