In this work-based learning role, you will support customers, assist with plant upkeep, help maintain safe and organized work areas, and learn from experienced team members while continuing your education.
CDL Career Pathway
This position begins as a non-driving opportunity. Participating students will also take CDL classes through and provided by their high school, helping them prepare to become eligible for driving responsibilities after they successfully obtain their CDL and meet all applicable company, age, legal, and insurance requirements.

Students must remain in good standing with their school and comply with the work-based learning plan established by the student, parent or guardian, school, and Premier Companies. Work schedules and assignments will be coordinated with the participating school and will follow applicable safety and youth-employment requirements.
