*Fixed-term contract 

What You Will Do:

• Handle daily customer contacts, assignments and needs with high quality, efficiency and orientation to client


• Prepare standard credit memo forms, ensure smooth disbursement process


• Prepare service offers, legal documentation, correspondence, etc.


• Maintain updated information in customer files and databases


• Substitute your team members


• Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager.

• Currently pursuing or have completed studies in Economics, Business Management, Finance or Banking. Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are welcome to apply also




















• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
