JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The College of Engineering Student Support Suite is seeking to hire undergraduate College of Engineering federal work study students for a part-time position for the employee to work in spring 2026 through fall 2026 semesters with an option to continue if feasible. Position will be open until filled.

Job duties:

• Answering phones
• Making appointments
• Covering front desk/greeting visitors
• Filing
• Copying and scanning
• Assisting with distribution of materials at presentations
• Checking in prospective visits
• Assisting with student events
• Compiling information into folders
• Other duties as assigned

This position will be for up to 20 hours per week.

 

 

The starting hourly rate for this job is $12.00.

 

 

Federal Work Study job performance is evaluated either annually or through ongoing mentorship.
