The Port Pathways Program provides individuals with entry into various career fields through paid, limited-duration opportunities. These positions are open to all applicants, including those with skills gained through alternative routes such as professional and lived experience. This is a full-time three-month internship opportunity. This role centers on supporting the engagement goals of the SEA Volunteer program. The SEA Volunteer program is comprised of 180+ community members who donate their time to support travelers’ customer service experience. A key program element is ensuring SEA Volunteers feel a strong connection to both SEA Airport and to the Volunteer program itself. To support this, current Volunteer engagement strategies include Volunteer Daily Briefings, weekly Call Signs\: Volunteer Newsletter, biannual Volunteer Town Halls, periodic on-site field trip learning opportunities, and an annual Volunteer Breakfast. The Port Pathways intern will support these engagement efforts, as well as have the opportunity to brainstorm new ones.
