Do you love working with footage, building timelines, and shaping visual narratives? Jpixx is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Post-Production Intern this late summer/fall/winter! This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on creative environment.

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for editing and storytelling?

What You’ll Do:

This internship is designed for a recent graduate ready to dive into the post-production world of video. You’ll be part of our editing team and support the entire post process—handling footage, prepping timelines, and even taking on simpler editing assignments. Occasionally, you’ll also pitch in with light gear prep or footage offloading to help keep things moving between production and post.

Your tasks will include:

• Organizing, syncing, and labeling footage
• Prepping timelines and assisting with rough cuts in DaVinci Resolve
• Exporting drafts and final videos for delivery
• Supporting post-shoot media transfers and backups
• Taking on select editing projects (short-form or internal pieces)
• Occasionally assisting with equipment organization or prep as needed

• Recent graduate in Digital Media, Film, Editing, or a related field
• Proficiency in advanced editing software or strong interest in DaVinci Resolve (our primary editing tool)
• Detail-oriented and organized with great follow-through
• Passion for storytelling and interest in sharpening your editing skills
• Able to work on-site full-time at our Virginia Beach Office
• Lives in or near central Virginia Beach / Southside area preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or basic motion graphics is a plus
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a creative team

This is a paid internship, but as there will be a lot of learning and mentorship involved, compensation will be at a entry-level intern hourly rate. We’re looking for someone to start soon and potentially continue to early 2026, with potential extension or job opportunities for hard working well fitting candidates.
