Who We Are
Bang Zoom! Studios is an award-winning, full-service audio post-production studio specializing in English-language dubbing of anime and animation, as well as voice-over and post-production services for film, television, and video games.
We are a fast-paced, collaborative studio where organization, communication, and strong production workflows drive everything we do.
Please note: We are strictly an audio post-production studio. This role does not involve pre-production or music production.
About the Role
We are seeking a Production Intern (Paid) to support our Post-Production team. This position focuses on production coordination and operational support within an audio post-production environment.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a career in post-production, production coordination, or studio operations. You will work closely with Project Managers and Production Coordinators to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently.
Schedule Requirement
This position requires availability 4–5 days per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
Reliable transportation is required, as we operate across multiple studio locations.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers and Production Coordinators with day-to-day production tasks
Assist in coordinating schedules and tracking project timelines
Act as a communication link between directors, talent, and studio teams
Maintain professional internal and external communication
Schedule and attend project meetings as needed
Assist with scripts, loop counts, and production materials
Help review and organize deliverables prepared by internal teams
Identify, resolve, or escalate issues in a timely manner
Support overall production workflows and studio operations
Maintain a professional, organized studio environment
Perform additional duties as assigned

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
