Position Summary
The Print Shop Intern will gain hands-on experience in our in-house print shop and warehouse operations by assisting the Production team in executing kitting and fulfillment projects. This internship offers exposure to order management, promotional item kitting, and fulfillment services while collaborating with Sales and Operations departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client orders.

Major Responsibilities
Kitting and Fulfillment Services

• Assist in receiving, counting, and recording shipments for kitting and fulfillment projects.
• Help execute kitting projects according to client specifications.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure the timely shipping of kitting and fulfillment orders.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with safety protocols.

Order Management

• Support order tracking through the production process using internal systems.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all items meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to address any issues or discrepancies in order fulfillment.

Requirements

Internship Requirements

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Duration
